Summer holidays!

The school holidays are coming to an end and soon it will be time to look at the autumn wardrobe for the little one as well as starting to think about presents for Christmas!

Yes, amazingly, by the time the kids have gone back to school for a week, some stores will already be covertly merchandising their Christmas stock on the shop floor. One such wholesaler is already doing so.

Perhaps now is the time for you to have a look at the stuff that has been bought for you and your family and list it. It is the ultimate type of recycling ;-).

Coming up from sandp19 at ebay will be more children's clothes, used but in good condition along with some previous editions of Top Gear Magazine and some toys that have been used once or never been used at all.

Thanks for reading, good luck with your own ebaying and happy bidding.

Needful things

Welcome to our blog.

This is the blog of Steve & Paula who are sandp19 in e-bay world.

This is an area for you to get to know us a bit better and hopefully keep looking at our e-bay page periodically as we keep finding good things and listing them.

So why should you buy from us?

Well, we are a couple with 3 lovely children who are just trying to their own bit for re-cycling, re-using and reducing while making a few pounds here and there.

Re-cycling - All of the items we list are in at least good condition and still have life/use left in them.
Re-using - By someone else using this, it will have been used twice as much, therefore its materials have been re-used rather than digging the raw materials out of the ground.
Reducing - we are trying to reduce our own hoarding and with the sales of our items, reduce our debts. The key to this country getting strong again is not in cheap and easy to obtain credit, but in people who have no debt with disposable income.

We aren't greedy, typically, most of our items start at 99p. Things are so expensive new that on pretty much everything, even if it enters a small bidding war, they still end up cheaper.

Generally our things are the types of things you may or may not need - hence the name really. Plus Steve is a Stephen King fan ;-) .

As parents, a lot of our things are childrens things - clothes and toys and such. Steve is also an avid magazine reader and sometimes list a number of them. These are particularly good for collectors who have missed an edition as back issues can be quite costly.

Our pricing usually starts low and our pricing for postage and packing is based at second class standard parcels (unless they are obviously large letter!) plus a little for the packaging. We put ourselves in the buyers shoes and sense check what is reasonable. At the end of the day, we would rather sell the items than hoard them for being greedy.

We hope we can have a good business relationship.

Thanks for reading and happy bidding.
